About Continuum

The pages of Continuum, the magazine of the University of Utah, keep alumni, faculty, staff, and community members up to date through a broad spectrum of in-depth features spanning science, health, arts and humanities, athletics, and the people who keep these disciplines at the national forefront. It reaches approximately 265,000 annually, with about 50,000 readers in the Winter, Spring and Summer and 115,000 in the Fall.

The magazine communicates the traditions, heritage, and evolving excellence that are the essence of the state’s flagship public institution of higher education. Substantive editorial content and superb illustration are its hallmark.

Continuum seeks to offer clarity, insight and meaning to University-related events; to help stimulate thought and formulate opinion; and to place in perspective the unfolding chapters of University history. It also aspires to promote pride in the institution.
